Delete Your Account

Self-service account deletion isn't available yet. To have your account and personal data deleted, contact us and we'll process your request. Published projects may remain visible unless you ask for them to be removed.

Content Control

As a creator, you have full control over your published projects - edit, update, or remove them at any time through The Forge dashboard.

Essential Storage

We use browser storage for essential functionality like user authentication, session management, and maintaining your wishlist while browsing.

Preferences

We store your theme preferences, archetype selection, and other settings to provide a consistent experience across visits.

Analytics Cookies (Optional)

We use Google Analytics to understand platform usage. These cookies are not set until you accept them via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You can decline analytics cookies, or change your choice later by clearing the ru_ga_consent cookie in your browser settings.

Managing Storage

You can clear browser data through your browser settings. Note that this may reset your saved preferences, session data, and analytics consent choice.

Service Providers

We share data with trusted service providers including Supabase (database), Netlify (hosting), Cloudflare (storage and delivery of creator-hosted web builds), and email services. All providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

Hosted Web Builds

Creators can upload HTML5 games and apps, which we store with Cloudflare. When you play one, it loads through rubiesunleashed.app. If you open a build's direct link, it loads from builds.rubiesunleashed.app, where Cloudflare processes standard request data such as your IP address to deliver the files. Builds are made by independent creators, and we don't control what their code does.

Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our platform - pages viewed, session duration, and general usage patterns. Google Analytics uses cookies and assigns you a pseudonymous identifier; it does not receive your name, email, or account details. You can decline analytics cookies at any time via the cookie banner, and Google Analytics will not load. See Google's Privacy Policy for details on how they process this data.

Public Content

Content you publish through The Forge (projects, profiles, public wishlists) is visible to other users as intended. You control what information is public.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rubies Unleashed and its users.

No Data Sales

We never sell your personal information to third parties. Your data is used solely to operate and improve our platform.

Rubies Unleashed is designed for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

As a creator using The Forge, you retain ownership of your content. We only use your project information to display it on our platform. You can modify or remove your content at any time.
